I just did another version of the Kakashi Sharingan witch can be seen here [link]
This is Sasuke's Mangekyou Sharingan that he gains right at the end of chapter 402 in the Manga. I won't say how you just going to have to read it. Anyway, this one was the hardest of the three Sharingans I've done. I hope you like it. i didn't really like this chapter. draggy, flashback-y, etc. the only interesting bits were at the last three pages.

That aside I think that your deviation is by far one of the best Sharingan renders to date. Then again, my opinion could be influenced by my zealousness for Sasuke.
